Pursuant to the recent Martius and Redink SENS announcements regarding the notes Mar 02B
& Mar 03B and Red 706 & Red 707, respectively, MiPlan has been advised by the portfolio
manager, Vunani Fund Managers, in consultation with the fund’s trustee, that it would be in
the best interest of all investors, that interest on these notes should not be accrued in the fund
pending further consideration. This was actioned by the fund’s administrators, effective 9
February 2024.
